The Fat Decimator System

Hello everyone! A few days back I took a career advancement exam: I studied extremely hard, did may best and I coulnd’t have done more than what I did. In a few weeks we will be getting our results back.I am terrified of failing it. I would feel like a failure and a totally worthless person. I know that’s how I would judge someone who tried and failed such an exam. How would I show my face at work? I couldn’t bear it. I would be ashamed of myself and loathe myself for being a failure. Please give me some advice on how to handle the matter as I am really scared of how my collegaues (and myself) will perceive me if I fail. I know they will mock me and giggle and some of them will be extremely happy I didn’t make it. It would be terribly humiliating. I would judge myself very harshly too. How do I cope with failure? Has it ever happened to you? If so, how did you manage it?

Health And Fitness how-do-i-cope-with-failure How do I cope with failure? Relationship & Sex “I would feel like a failure and a totally worthless person. I know that’s how I would judge someone who tried and failed such an exam.”You think that a test equates to your worth as a person? That’s pure nonsense. What’s worse is that you’d think that about someone else. The test should be the least of your worries. Your attitude is totalitarian and dangerous to others. You’re exactly the kind of person who should NEVER be in a position of power over anyone.

You don’t know yet that you’ve failed. You may well have passed. So there is no point in worrying about it until that point comes. If people mock you for trying then they are pathetic. You should be proud for sticking your neck on the line and having a go, and if you have to re-sit, then so be it, its not the end of the world. If you don’t pass then if anybody asks just say you didn’t do as well as you would have liked but that you will try again

If you feel you GAVE it your all to TRY an attempt it, then YOU did your all. What else can you do? NOT take the test and NEVER advance?Relax, take it as it comes. You will fail at some things in life and succeed in others. It’s part of life.I’m sure other have taken the test and failed or passed before you and other will DO so AFTER you. IT IS what it is.Make the best of WHATEVER may come. Is your WHOLE worth as a person tied up to these results? If so, why? Isn’t there MORE to you than that?No one LIKES to fail. I get it. It’s not pleasant, it SUCKS, but LIFE still goes on.If you DO get the results and you didn’t do good, TAKE it in strides. Show people there is MORE to you than some test results.
