The Fat Decimator System

Dear agony aunts, I’d like to get wedding gift suggestions for my ex girlfriend’s marriage coming in a few days. We broke up earlier this year and we started talking 6 months later. I found out she was engaged to a guy and since then, our friendship has been platonic and emotions free. Turns out I’m invited to her wedding in few days and I’m out of gift ideas. I thought of offering her lingerie but i don’t want her or her husband to think I’m throwing shades (considering the fact he knows we both were in a serious relationship). Help please

P.S: I’m a girl too

Health And Fitness 98df9f73-904a-4dd9-a948-14179b833b87 What can I get for my ex for a wedding present? Relationship & Sex Definitely NO lingerie. That is a inappropriate wedding present. So are knives and “funny” novelty items.I’d say get in touch with her (or his) mother/family and ask what THEY would suggest. Something the new couple can use in their life together. Kitchen gadgets, art, linen, gift card perhaps or even cash? Nothing TOO personal or intimate.I would however, start by asking the mother of the bride/groom what the couple do not have. Maybe ask what is tradition in the family, your culture or area.

Why in the world would you even think of giving lingerie as a wedding gift? That is downright irresponsible.I suggest you give a wedding gift that both husband and wife can enjoy. Maybe a voucher to a department store so they can pick something together or a photo frame for one of their special wedding pictures. Please do not buy lingerie.
